ABOUT US

Raucous Caucus was created to facilitate personal, team and organisational clarity, engagement and sustainable change within the Social Purpose sector. Depending on your unique needs, this will be enabled through coaching, mentoring, training or consulting.

Blending my ongoing practice, curiosity and learning in positive psychology, neuroscience and coaching I draw upon an evolving and diverse range of frameworks, methodology and tools.

Playing to my strengths of ‘empathic’, ‘creativity’, ‘counterpoint’, ‘enabler’ and ‘growth’ – I love helping individuals and organisations to thrive with a healthy dose of pragmatic optimism. 

 

Through enabling change-makers in the Social Purpose sector, I believe there will be greater social change and impact.

 

I am an Associate Certified Coach (International Coaching Federation), an Accredited Strengths Profile Practitioner (Cappfinity), completed coach training through The Neuroleadership Institute and Acceptance Commitment Therapy training (Dr Russ Harris) with over 15 years’ fundraising management experience in the Social Purpose sector.
